Contraband Candy was created in the twisted depths of René Ackermann, and Matt Gytrash’s damned souls in the conformist times of 2007, with the idea of bringing something new and exciting to the metal community, as well as to those who love everything wickedly Contraband!

Matt and René are setting out on a journey to bring the rabid metal fan one hell of an experience. Together they aim to unwrap the sickest, sweetest goodies the grimy world of extreme metal has to offer - just for you to suck!

Contraband Candy plans to bring you some of the best interviews with some of the greatest Metal acts of today! Contraband Candy will also be setting on an adventure to some of the best Metal festivals in some of the most secluded parts of the Europe just for you to enjoy!
